What to prepare and pack 

Get an idea of what you'd like to do, set your learning goals and make a list of who you'd like to meet. 

Plan your event agenda

  • Use the mobile app (see details below) to view sessions and activities under 'Session List'. If you'd like to add a session to your planner, click on the session and the 'Bookmark' icon. View your custom schedule on the bottom menu under MY PLANNER.
  • Add all other conference activities to your custom schedule by finding and bookmarking them under 'Schedule at a Glance'.
  • See who’s exhibiting to plan your time with exhibitors.

Make the most out of your expo experience by planning your schedule in advance! Create a free My Show Planner account to:

  • Bookmark exhibitors you'd like to meet
  • Access collateral on their solutions
  • Take advantage of show specials
  • Contact exhibitors directly and book meetings with them at Facility Fusion
  • Access My Show Planner here

What to pack

  • Business casual attire: May temperatures in Boston average between 50-67°F (10-19°C). Temperatures inside the air-conditioned hotel may be cool, so plan to have a sweater or jacket on hand.
  • Cinco de Mayo attire: Get festive for the Cinco de Mayo Welcome Reception and wear fiesta themed attire or a colorful outfit! 
  • Workout attire: Participating in the Fusion Fun Run wellness activity? Remember to wear comfortable workout attire and suitable shoes for outdoor running or walking in Boston.
  • Good shoes: A pair of comfortable shoes is recommended. If you’re attending any facility tours, portions of the tour may be outdoors and comfortable closed-toe walking shoes are required.

  • Registration is located on the Concourse Level at The Westin at Boston Seaport District. (turn right once entering the lobby and follow signage to the escalators or elevator)
  • Registration Hours:
    • May 5 I 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    • May 6 I 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
    • May 7 I 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.
  • Self-check-in: Preregistered attendees may proceed directly to a self-service kiosk in the registration area. Scan the barcode from your registration confirmation email or directly from your smart phone to print your conference badge.

Download Facility Fusion the official mobile app 

Use this mobile app during Facility Fusion to:
  • Receive important event notifications
  • View maps, schedule, education sessions and speaker list
  • Access the exhibitor list and expo hall map
  • Network with conference attendees
You must be logged in to the Facility Fusion app to bookmark sessions and network with attendees. To login:
  • Go to 'MyPlanner'
  • Use your credentials found on registration confirmation email. Note: It is the same credentials as your Attendee Service Center credentials.

Important Details for Facility Tour Registrants  

  • For registered facility tour participants: Please meet at the Registration Area at 8:30 a.m on May 8. Bus will depart promptly at 9:00 a.m. Must be preregistered for Facility Tours. All participants will need to show photo ID upon arrival (license or passport) and must sign in prior to departure and take provided transportation.
