Leading at the intersection of facility management, technology and business strategy, MOHAMED SAADEH is helping shape how complex facilities operate across the Middle East. As General Manager of Darwish Interserve Facility Management, he has led more than 4,500 engineers and professionals responsible for some of Qatar’s most complex environments, including airports, museums, smart districts and critical infrastructure. His work places a strong emphasis on digital transformation and AI integration to strengthen operational performance and advance the role of FM.

Mohamed’s influence extends beyond day-to-day operations through industry leadership, consulting and knowledge sharing. He serves on the Board of OMAINTEC and contributes to Qatar’s National Campaign for Ideal Behavior as a consultant member. A frequent keynote speaker and FM expert, he has shared his perspective at industry conferences across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, addressing the evolving role of technology, leadership and innovation in the built environment. His contributions have earned him recognition including FM Middle East’s 2026 FM Executive of the Year, MEFMA and CBNME Visionary Leader of the Year honors in 2025, and FM Executive of the Year in 2024.

With master’s degrees in engineering management from the University of Hull and business administration from the University of Northampton, Mohamed combines technical expertise with a strong foundation in business and finance. He has also been recognized among leading FM professionals in the Middle East and among Qatar’s outstanding managers. Across his leadership and industry involvement, Mohamed remains focused on advancing FM through technology, developing high-performing teams and demonstrating the strategic value of the profession.
