Blending systems thinking with a strong focus on people, performance and organizational design, YOHANES JEFFRY JOHARY leads OCS Indonesia, overseeing more than 12,000 employees across 771 locations within a global organization with more than 126 years of heritage. With more than 19 years of experience, he focuses on translating strategy into consistent execution while helping organizations adapt and remain relevant in increasingly complex environments. His approach brings together customer experience, digitalization and ESG to create operating models that deliver sustainable long-term value.

Jeffry’s work is grounded in a belief that organizational performance is shaped not only by individual capability, but by how systems, decisions, information and trust work together. His research in business psychology has explored how integrated people practices and workplace design can create conditions for more consistent productivity in facility management. He developed the concepts of “flow-by-design” and “flow-compatible functioning,” positioning organizational design as a key driver of performance.

His leadership experience is supported by an MSc in Business Psychology from the University of East London, where he graduated with distinction, as well as executive education from Harvard Business School, the University of Cape Town and the Institute of Presilience in Australia. He also contributes to the business and professional community through leadership roles with BritCham and AmCham Indonesia, and currently serves as President of the Indonesia Chapter of IFMA and ASEAN President of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management.
