A limited number of press passes are available for IFMA’s conferences and events. Please review the following requirements and deadlines before applying.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be working editorial staff of a recognized publication, outlet or media channel. (One pass per organization.)
New credentials must be submitted each year for each event.
All requests are subject to IFMA approval. We’ll let you know if your request is approved, denied or needs more information.
Press who don’t submit coverage may not be eligible for future press passes.
If you're approved
You’ll receive a full event badge with access to all education sessions, the expo and networking events.
You agree to submit your article, video, podcast or other coverage no later than 30 days after the event via the Submit Your Content link below.
Working press may not solicit business from attendees, exhibitors or participants during the event.
