DORA YIM, MRICS, SFP®, PMP (Tier 1), has spent more than two decades building a career that bridges operational excellence with global leadership in facility management. As senior operations director and deputy head of property management (Hong Kong) at CBRE, she oversees service delivery for one of the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firms. She brings extensive experience in property and facility management, supporting investors, landlords and occupiers alike.

Before joining CBRE, Dora held leadership roles in companies headquartered in Hong Kong, the U.K. and the U.S., managing complex portfolios and driving performance across diverse industries data centers, entertainment, transportation, education and finance. Her ability to lead through transformation has made her a trusted figure in both the private and public sectors. 

As president of the IFMA Hong Kong Chapter, Dora has expanded the region’s global presence, representing Hong Kong at international events, launching its first IFMA student branch, WeCare committee (CSR) and chairing signature events like the Integrate Conference, IFMA Asia Pacific Awards of Excellence and World Workplace Asia 2026. Her leadership reflects a career rooted in purpose: advancing FM through global collaboration, strategic growth and the next generation of professionals.
