EDWARD WAGONER has spent a lifetime turning disruption into transformation, bridging technology, change management and real estate strategy on a global scale. With over 25 years at JLL, he rose from managing a technology help desk to serving as CIO for the Americas and global CIO of the Occupier Services division, leading the design, development and rollout of every occupier technology platform for two decades.
Edward’s influence spans M&A, digital integration and enterprise innovation. He led technology transitions for every JLL acquisition in the western hemisphere for 20 years and guided hundreds of client transformations, helping some of the world’s largest organizations navigate complexity and scale with confidence. His early career in finance, from KPMG to MetLife, shaped his systems-level thinking, while his passion for user-focused technology has defined his leadership ever since.
Today, Edward advises real estate and technology organizations in transition, bringing executive-level insight as a strategic consultant and fractional CIO. A keynote speaker, author and ORBIE award recipient, he continues to shape the industry by helping leaders harness change and deliver lasting impact.
