FS Educa

BIO

FÁTIMA SOUSA has helped shape the future of facility management in Brazil and beyond — leading with vision, purpose and a deep commitment to education. As founder and CEO of FS EDUCA, she has built one of the country’s most influential FM training platforms, guiding over 5,000 professionals to grow their careers and elevate the industry.

Her leadership has opened doors across Latin America, advancing visibility for FM while championing mentorship, inclusion and community. As the first woman in Brazil to launch an educational initiative focused solely on FM, Fátima continues to be a force for progress, blending technical expertise with a human-centered approach that empowers others to lead.

A current board member of Abrafac and former president of GRUPAS (Facilities Manager Group), she brings her voice to international stages while driving social impact at home: supporting youth with HIV and mentoring emerging leaders through programs like Hack Brazil and as LeaderX ambassador (collaborative economy initiatives). Her work continues to inspire a more inclusive, connected and forward-looking FM profession.
