A trailblazer in FM technology, MOHAMAD ABOU LABAN has spent nearly two decades advancing the profession through innovation, collaboration and global perspective. Known for integrating cutting-edge tools like augmented reality, virtual reality and robotics into business operations, he has helped redefine how teams interact with the built environment across the UAE. 

 Mohamad has shared his insights on expert panels and presented research throughout the Middle East, with international experience shaped by professional exchanges in countries including Australia, the U.K., the U.S. and Singapore. 

 Passionate about developing future leaders, he serves on the advisory board of the Engineering Department at Rochester Institute of Technology in Dubai. There, he champions FM education and creates pathways for students through internships and mentorship. Both a thought leader and practitioner, Mohamad believes in sharing knowledge to lift the profession and its people one opportunity at a time.
