With a deep understanding of both people and portfolios, NORMA PLEITEZ, CFM, SFP, has spent over 20 years leading real estate and facilities strategies that drive performance, sustainability and long-term value. Her work managing global portfolios for Fortune 500 companies — including Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Nielsen and HSBC — has positioned her as a trusted leader across Latin America’s built environment. 

Norma’s leadership is grounded in purpose. As the first woman in Latin America to earn both the Certified Facility Manager® and Sustainability Facility Professional credentials, she has opened doors and set new standards for excellence across the profession. Her work at Nielsen and Microsoft earned international recognition for client satisfaction, operational efficiency and team leadership. 

Also serving as vice president of the IFMA Mexico Chapter, Norma is helping shape the next generation of FM leaders — coaching women and young professionals to lead with confidence. Her influence continues to expand, building a more inclusive, high-performing FM community across the region.
