At the heart of Ghana’s FM transformation is PRINCE BOTWE, MSC, FMP, a leader whose impact is measured not only in programs delivered, but in careers shaped and standards raised. As operations manager of IFMA Ghana, Prince is driving the professionalization of facility management through education, advocacy and connection.
He has coordinated every FM training ever held in the country, including 14 Facility Management Professional™ (FMP®) courses — more than anyone else in Ghana — as well as Essentials of Facility Management and Sustainability Facility Professional® (SFP®) programs, both in person and online.
But his influence extends beyond logistics. Prince plays a critical role in workforce development, bridging trained FM professionals with top employers and strengthening the industry from the inside out. With a focus on sustainability, operational excellence and talent development, Prince is helping build a resilient FM workforce in Ghana, and inspiring the next generation of leaders across Africa.
