A powerhouse of purpose-driven leadership, REBECA ARGUEDAS has spent 28 years transforming the facility management landscape across Latin America. As founding partner and president of United Facility Services, she leads more than 1,000 professionals delivering integrated FM and construction services to multinational clients in emerging markets.

A pioneer in Central America, Rebeca has helped professionalize FM across sectors like life sciences, corporate real estate and manufacturing, turning challenges into opportunities and building a model for regional excellence.

Since 2020, she has led IFMA’s LATAM Working Group, forging alliances that have brought IFMA’s presence to new countries. In 2024, she was honored with the IFMA Board Chair Citation for her lasting impact.
