With more than 20 years of experience, SEGUN ADEBAYO, FMP, brings a unique blend of public and private sector expertise to facility management spanning finance, infrastructure and government. As CEO of Pillars & Frames Limited, he leads with vision and purpose. 

Segun’s leadership has shaped national FM policy in Nigeria. As the 13th president of IFMA’s Nigeria Chapter, he championed standards that tied FM contracts to IFMA membership and helped implement Executive Order 11, advancing facility management across the country. 

A respected educator and advocate, Segun serves as head of faculty at IFMA Lagos and represents Nigeria on the ISO 41001/TC 267 committee. He is passionate about developing talent and expanding access to professional education. From boardrooms to classrooms, Segun is elevating the role of FM and building a stronger pipeline of future leaders — one student, one policy, one opportunity at a time.
