With a background in engineering and a deep understanding of academic systems, she brings both precision and purpose to facilities leadership.
Winnie’s work bridges operations with institutional mission, developing integrated strategies for space planning, construction, facilities management, sustainability and workforce development. She has led major capital projects and campus energy initiatives, generating millions in savings while advancing accessibility and resilience.
