Now, many organizations are exploring how to best incentivize occupants to return, through a focus on health & safety, providing more services and better experiences. Despite all management tools, like service level agreement and KPI’s, the in-house FM still finds it difficult to get the right deliverables from the outsourced FM organization which increases tension between them which in return affects the services delivered.

Ken will provide some very concrete examples of how smart workplace software has recently been deployed to get people back to offices, to enable new working practices and to promote collaboration, team working, organizational learning, innovation and creativity. The newest frontier is now how to experiment and eventually provide workplace designs that support diverse needs. Large organizations will often require different approaches from department to department based on the dynamism or conservatism of the teams.
